1保護筐体とインターロック
Protective Housing & Interlocks

全機種に金属製の保護筐体を採用し、扉開放時には電磁式インターロックがレーザー発振を即座に停止させます。鍵によるアクセス管理で、不正使用も防ぎます。

All machines feature metal protective enclosures. Electromagnetic interlocks immediately halt laser emission when doors are opened, and key-controlled access prevents unauthorized operation.

• 全周を金属製プロテクターで覆い、レーザー漏洩を防止
  Full-perimeter metal enclosure prevents laser radiation leakage
• 扉の開放を電磁センサーで検知し、レーザー出力を即時遮断
  Electromagnetic sensors detect door opening and immediately cut laser output
• 鍵管理によりオペレーター以外の起動を防止
  Key control prevents operation by non-authorized personnel
• 観察窓には1064nm波長を遮断する専用フィルターを装備

2管理区域
Controlled Laser Area

JIS C 6802 / IEC 60825-1 クラス4 に基づき、レーザー機器の設置区域を「レーザー管理区域」として明確に区分し、関係者以外の立入を制限します。

In compliance with JIS C 6802 / IEC 60825-1 Class 4, the laser installation zone is clearly designated as a Controlled Laser Area with restricted access.

• 床面表示と区画線で物理的に範囲を明示
  Floor markings and demarcation lines physically delineate the area
• 入口に警告標識（クラス4レーザー）を掲示
  Warning signs (Class 4 Laser) posted at all entrances
• 関係者以外の立入を禁止し、教育修了者のみ入室可
  Access restricted to certified personnel only
• 稼働時は赤色回転灯または警告灯で稼働状態を表示
  Red rotating beacon or warning light indicates active operation

3保護具
Personal Protective Equipment

オペレーターおよび補助作業者は、作業内容に応じた保護具を必ず着用します。

Operators and support personnel are required to wear PPE appropriate to the task.

4安全対策（5重安全システム）
Safety Measures (5-Layer Safety System)

LCWシリーズ等のハンディ溶接機では、人為的なミスや誤動作によるリスクを最小化するため、ハード／ソフト両面で5段階の安全対策を実装しています。さらに稼働状態を3色シグナルタワーで遠方からも視認できます。

LCW series handheld welders implement five layers of hardware and software safety measures to minimize risks from human error or malfunction. A 3-color signal tower also indicates operating state at a distance.

5遮光カーテン
Light-Shielding Curtain

ファイバーレーザー溶接機・切断機の使用時に発生する反射光を遮断するため、波長1064nm 対応の遮光カーテンを推奨しています。移動式パーティションで管理区域を柔軟に構築できます。

To block reflections during fiber laser welding/cutting, we recommend 1064nm-rated light-shielding curtains. Mobile partitions provide flexible setup of the controlled area.
